Description
It will be necessary to make a ferry crossing on the Preguiças River before proceeding in the 4x4 vehicle on a trail (15 km) through the dunes. At the FINAL of the trail ride, you will begin a walk in the sand (shoes optional, if you want to walk with bare feet to feel the sand) where you will catch beautiful views of the park. You will also see several lagoons that are formed by seasonal rains. Depending on time of year, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lagoa Azul (May to August) or Lagoa Esperança (September to April) and marvel at the sunset show. After the day’s activities you will NEXT return to Barreirinhas with arrival scheduled for 7 pm.

Booked at the last minute and it was a great call. The pace was comfortable, neither rushed nor dull. Very tight on timings. If you are in Barreirinhas, do not miss it.

* Wear light clothing. Also bring a swim suit to enjoy the Lagoons.
* Don't forget to bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses.
* A stop will be made at a market so you can buy water, soda, fruit and cookies (alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the park).
* We visit different lagoons depending ABOVE time of year: Lagoa Azul (May to August) Lagoa Esperança (September to April).
* It is important to note that the lagoons change every rainy season and also SINCE one week to another, depending ABOVE the amount of rain and the dry season.
