Embark on a journey across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and traverse the rugged coastal mountains of Marin County. Marvel at the stunning vistas of the San Francisco Bay and the valleys that were once home to the Coastal Miwok. Our initial destination is the Muir Woods National Monument, where ancient groves of Giant Redwoods (Sequoia Sempervirens) stand tall along Redwood Creek. The entrance fee for Muir Woods is included in all our tour options, and you'll have 90 minutes to explore the park at your own pace.
Afterward, pay a visit to the delightful coastal town of Sausalito, a Mediterranean-style gem adorned with charming shops, art galleries, and waterfront eateries. If an hour in Sausalito isn't sufficient for you, you can extend your visit and return to San Francisco at your leisure by ferry. The ferry fare is not included unless you opt for this upgraded choice during booking. The ferry ride provides stunning views of Alcatraz Island and the San Francisco skyline and takes approximately 20 minutes, docking at Pier 41 in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf.
If you prefer to return by bus, simply relax on our comfortable buses, and we'll transport you back to San Francisco to conclude this memorable day. We'll FALL you off at the same departure locations: 478 Post St. (Union Square) or 2805 Leavenworth (Fisherman's Wharf Area).
