Faultless
Excellent from start to finish. The room at Everglades is a gem in itself. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Highly recommended.

Does what it promises
Very good overall. Not the cheapest, but justified. Great that round trip hotel transfers from Miami Beach and Downtown Miami Hotels was included. The guide spoke very fast and it was easy to lose the thread. No long waits at any point. One of the stops was closed that day and nobody mentioned it. A good experience on balance.

Faultless, honestly. We really enjoyed the Aerobote part. The round trip hotel transfers from Miami Beach and Downtown Miami Hotels was better than I expected. We flagged a vegetarian in the group and they sorted it without fuss.
